Password-Protected Support

Customers with a Password

Download the most recent versions of PreciseFlex software and documentation, or visit the archives to download older versions. Note that passwords become obsolete from time-to-time so you may need to get a new password.

Customers without a Password

Email support_preciseflex@brooks.com with your name, company name and the model number and serial number for a purchased product. You should receive a password via email within 1-2 business days. 

Software Update E-Mail List

If you would like to be notified by email when major software updates are available, email  webadmin_preciseflex@brooksautomation.com with your name, company name and the model number and serial number for a purchased software. You will receive an email notifying you when major software updates are available.
